Terms of use
Effective October 10, 2026.
1. What SpawnerBot is
SpawnerBot (spawnerbot.com) is a software tool that prepares visibility campaigns for an existing token (“$HUB”): it suggests “satellite” tokens and builds the requests to create them on third-party launchpads (for example pump.fun, Bonk.fun, Bags, ClawPump, Clanker, Zora, Flaunch, Virtuals, Bags RH and Pons), collect their creator fees and buy back the $HUB.
SpawnerBot does not hold funds or private keys. You confirm every operation that moves funds in Notlogin, the provider of your account and managed wallet, under its own terms.
2. Your responsibility
- You are the creator of every satellite you launch and are responsible for its name, ticker, description and image.
- You may not use SpawnerBot to impersonate brands, people or projects; to promise returns; to manipulate price or volume; or to break the laws of your jurisdiction or the rules of any launchpad.
- You must be of legal age and have the capacity to transact in crypto assets where you live.
3. Risks
- Creating tokens has costs (rent, launchpad fees and gas) that are not recoverable.
- Creator fees depend on each satellite’s volume and may be zero.
- Crypto asset prices are volatile. A buyback may execute at a worse price than expected.
- Launchpads, blockchains and Notlogin may fail, change their rules or stop operating. On-chain transactions are irreversible.
Nothing in SpawnerBot is financial, legal or tax advice, nor an investment recommendation.
4. The service
SpawnerBot is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability, of results or that a launchpad will accept a launch. We may change, limit or suspend features (for example, disable a launchpad) or accounts that breach these terms.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SpawnerBot is not liable for loss of funds, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, of third-party launchpads, of Notlogin or of the blockchains.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is material, we will ask you to accept it again before your next launch.
